There is this story about ...Karen that's right. There is this story about a Chinese horse trader. A man came by to look at the horses and saw one he really liked. He asked the trader how much is the horse over there with the white spots? The Chinese horse trader said:"not for sale it not lookee so good." the buyer said:"it is so very pretty, I want to buy it". OK, you insist, but it does not lookee so good. The buyer paid 100$ took the horse, got up on it and rode away. A little later he returned with a bloody nose and with a raised voice he said to the trader:" You have sold me a blind horse it ran into the next tree, I want my money back". The trader said:" no money back I told you It not lookee so good"!
Karen, did you mean a horse not lookee so good?!
Lavender and Vanilla Friends of the Gardenshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05403418150146893599noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3099530921726743492.post-80932456466803057582013-01-21T03:12:41.603+10:002013-01-21T03:12:41.603+10:00Well, I hope that they thwarted the King's pla...Well, I hope that they thwarted the King's plans ... no leader should be able to trade away a whole country for personal desires. It seems that he largely left his Kingly duties to the Maquis do Pombal whilst he indulged his passions for Hunting and the Opera.

During his reign Lisbon was largely destroyed by an earthquake and Tsunami that followed.
