1992; my grandson Lucian munching on a piece of Watermelon. When we went out to eat in a restaurant he never wanted sweets for dessert, he always preferred a piece of fruit or a fruit salad.
I think 1993 my daughter and Lucian in the vegetable garden. He loved to go into the veggie garden, loved to pick and eat tomatoes, carrots, sugar peas even beans. Lilli is eating a radish...Lucian peeps out from behind the tomato bushes.
Washing the tiny carrots for Lucian..
1997; family, enjoying eating water melons.
2005; my granddaughter Fabrizia, was fascinated with the Doctor's bag, next generation MD's.
Unfortunately I have never met a school health fairy so this contribution will have to do.
Click the link please and you might be lucky to meet a few.
I remember Lucian from an earlier post. He's outgrown that bucket now, right? I like your take on the theme -- I don't have any health fairies in my family either.
ReplyDeleteWendy, yes, certainly he has outgrown it! Thank you for your visit.
ReplyDeletethat photo of Lucien peaking from behind the bushes is priceless.
ReplyDeleteNancy
Thank you Nancy.
DeleteYour children are beautiful and apparently have good taste!
ReplyDeleteYour family is beautiful. Love your take on the pics. Have a good weekend!
ReplyDeleteWhat a charming post I really enjoyed it, especially your darling grandson so happy in his pint size tubie!
ReplyDeleteAnd you would never need to meet the school health fairy if you have such a healthy diet as the one you portray. Lovely photographs.
ReplyDeleteThank you very much, Alan.
DeleteGreat family photos, and what a healthy bunch they are. I wonder if your granddaughter really will become a doctor.
ReplyDeleteMarilyn thank you for your comment. Well, one never knows! Lucian, my grandson is in his second final year and he was fascinated with this bag as well. He wants to become an orthopedic surgeon, wants also to improve prosthesis for people who have lost limbs. Good to see the young ones striving to make lives better.
DeleteHi Tatiana, this is such a great post. I enjoyed seeing your family, and how you have changed the pictures to sepia. The garden ones were wonderful, and your granddaughter is a doll. I had never heard of a school health fairy either. We did have a clown that would stop by to teach us about manners and to remember the magic words: Please and Thank you.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week,
Kathy M.
Kathy thank you so much for your nice comment.
DeleteTomatoes are the only food I grow. I picked and ate the first ones of the season this week.
ReplyDeletePostcardy, that's a very good start! Thank you for your visit.
DeleteIt is always interesting to see how each kid eats so differently. I enjoyed seeing all your grandchildren.
ReplyDeleteWhat fun family photos. Lucian was certainly a health eater as a child. Most children won't touch a vegetable! Enjoyed seeing your grandchildren in another post.
ReplyDeleteA lovely and enjoyable collection of healthy photos. They look great in sepia too,
ReplyDeleteThat is healthy alright, and they seem no worse for it!!
ReplyDeleteThanx 4 sharing!!
:)~
